Aizawa, prepared to use this power to it's full capacity, silently vows to make as many changes to UA as he can in a single week. He appoints Midoriya as his secretary for the time being and together they wreak havoc among the school, showing no mercy to any obstacle in their path (And maybe becoming father and son along the way). The rest of the staff and students are left to sit back and watch as everything they know goes up in flames.

His chest and head pounded in time with his feet, each step sending a shock of impact into his knees and a spark of pain all through his body. He was nearing the outskirts of the city and the rich forest beyond it before he realized where he was.
He knew this road. He’d been down it before, years ago, but there might be hope.

He's got a Quirkist bureaucracy waiting for him to slip up even once, an army of fanatics that want him dead, the media's never-ending quest to get every detail of his personal life, and a bunch of villains that either want to praise, recruit, seek shelter with, or just kill him, all on top of typical high school drama.
Well, Izuku never expected this to be easy. Good thing he has a whole host of allies: his super-electric boyfriend and his secret society of heroes; his Pomeranian best friend and his morally grey underground contacts; his pseudo-father, his sadistic stoat mentor, and the rest of his pro hero teachers; his worried mother and several civilians that owe him their lives; and his hero student classmates, including a bubbly gravity girl and an insomniac mind-jacker. Oh, and the two guys that used to be brainwashed villains.
Good grief, what IS Izuku's life?!
