Not sure if you could see this as a few late questions but What if Users were able to see their kudos? Like if they gave kudos to a fanfic and they forgot what it was the next day wanting to read the fic again they could be able to find it easily especially without having a tantrum to themselves for not noting down the name before bed. I've seen a lot of people go through that, especially for those new users.
And what if they could also kudo a comment? Like other social media platforms if they could kudo a comment they like and after a while they want to see it again for a laugh they could do the same too, you know?
Another is that what if they like ONLY ONE FANDOM? (I do too sometimes, depends on my mood.)
What if they only want to see only a fandom they're in at their home page?
Also last thing here, what if we want to read a fanfic or be recommended to a fanfic they might like. Not just out of tags. But something that'll pop up to their home page and they'll go "Huh, seems interesting.. I'll look into this a bit!"
And then they'll like it so much to the point similar fics pop up as well.
Like setting up our likes and dislikes so we won't have to see a fandom we don't like.
1st: You can go to your account page and see your reading history.
2nd: Please no. We don't need to become Reddit with everyone peacocking for updoots.
3nd: I think this falls under another suggestion that has been made a bunch of times, that it would be really nice if it was possible to set default filters. I would definitely like to be able to set English (I often forget to set it) and filter out certain tags on everything I see. There are some ways you can do this manually, but it really should be a site feature. A lot of image sites have something similar in a tag blacklist.
4th: This might require an algorithm and that might upset some people. I do think it would be useful if the site was a little more forward with things, though. As it is it's very common older stories are simply never seen, unless they are in a tiny fandom. Some mechanism to suggest might help that problem.
You can favorite tags, including fandom tags, and they’ll appear on your homepage so you can easily navigate to them. The button to favorite a tag shows up at the top of the tag’s page :)
