Unfortunately, Megatron's war would be waged. Sentinel Prime, a high ranking government official, rallied many civilians and troops together to form a rebellion against this new threat. Orion Pax, now Optimus Prime, would join Sentinel Prime's resistance. Optimus would be seen amongst the resistance as a prophet, carrying knowledge from the future that was given to him by Future Gears. Sentinel was aware of Optimus' status as a prophet, and would do everything in his power to not let his position become usurped. Optimus in Sentinel's resistance would command a unit of soldiers, being known as the 131st Autobot Battalion. One day, Optimus and his unit would intercept a transmission from Decepticon high command, which could change the entire course of history.
