Summary
Three years after the fall of Krat, a masquerade at the restored botanical garden celebrates the dawn of New Krat. Wearing a peacock mask, Pinocchio finds a freedom he's never known before: anonymity.
The night takes a turn when he connects with someone who never hides his identity. At the end of the night Venigni asks him to reveal his face, but Pinocchio chooses to flee instead, terrified to reveal his puppet self. Venigni is left with only a memory of the young man in the peacock mask and a longing for the connection that felt more special than any other.
To find each other again the masks they wear in their every day lives might have to start cracking to reveal the truth - and the feelings they harbor for one another. -

It has been three years since the end of the Krat Disaster, three years since Sophia was able to escape her tower prison and reunite with her lost love.
