This is Book 3 of the Until Your Breathing Stops Forever Series. It picks up where Let Your Teeth Sink In (Book 2) left off in what used to be Chapter 123 in the original fic and is now Chapter 1 of Book 3.
Gabe finishes feeding on Patrick, making sure he stops so that Patrick will have enough blood for him to feed on him later that night. Gabe decides he'd like to mess with Patrick more though, so he wakes him up immensely painfully. He wakes up screaming. Gabe offers him heroin and Patrick begs him not to give it to him, also mentioning that mixing is bad. Gabe doesn't understand what he's trying to tell him, debates on whether to give it to him, but ultimately decides to give it to him anyway. Things don't go well and Patrick experiences a serious side effect.

At what point do dreams stop feeling like dreams at all?
After some weeks of work, Gerard Way, an aspiring comic book writer and illustrator, begins to lose track of time, blurring the line between his dreams and his reality. His world is turned upside down when the same unfamiliar figure begins appearing over and over again in his oniric space.
This figure seems to sneak in his drawings, watching him from the most unexpected corners of his mind. And the more he tries to ignore it, is more obvious it becomes that it's looking for him too.
Can Gerard find out what's hiding behind those drawings before he loses himself in them?
(Basically, Gerard dreams about a stranger, meets him in real life and gets more confused as he tries to reconcile the real Frank with the version of him that keeps appearing in his dreams.)
