God never blessed me with a name, only a purpose.
Vessel.
He sent visions to His clergy before His messenger delivered me to Sage Hill Chapel as an infant. They raised me, emphasizing subservience to His word until I reached the age where I could fulfill my role.
That was when my salvation arrived in the form of Father Devon. My radiant, austere angel began training me to endure depraved and wicked hearts. Now, I serve as the vessel into which the people of Sage Hill pour their sins. Through me they cleanse their darkest desires and repent.
But God didn’t mention the man guiding me would demand I brave Hell itself. Neither did I expect to lust after God’s enemies.
As a world of demons awaits me, I can’t predict how much my true Master will make me suffer.
Or how much I’ll come to crave it.
