Summary
Being in another alpha’s territory should make Luo Binghe feel aggressive, should make him want to fight and claim the space as his. That’s certainly how it had been in the Abyss—a constant force of aggression, feeling out of control and feral, fighting tooth and claw to dominate. But the instincts inside him smell the alpha-scent of his childhood and croon mate in his ear instead.
Or: Luo Binghe, unable to keep himself away, sneaks back into Cang Qiong under the cover of night. Shen Qingqiu isn’t ready to have another alpha in his bed—and he’s even far less prepared for said alpha to be Luo Binghe, back far earlier than he expected.

And how they would present based on what was needed most for the 'proto-pack' back when we were cavemen or whatever?"
Shen Qingqiu froze. "That's pseudo-science. It was debunked instantly."
"I thought it was fun," Shang Qinghua said innocently.
