Summary
Robby disappeared in the summer of 2016 following his shift in the ED. But it wasn't just him. Around this time, teens and young adults were vanishing without a trace around the world. Names like Dennis Whitaker, Trinity Santos, Victoria Javadi, James Ogilvie, Emma Nolan, and Joy Kwon were among the hundreds, possibly thousands, of missing people. Nothing to point out that they even left, no signs of struggle. Nothing. Some, like Robby, were even caught on tape disappearing from airports, schools, and stores. It wasn't something that was discussed much initially, hence Robby's disappearance not being initially linked, that, and his notable age difference from the rest of the victims. But, as time passed, people were beginning to ask:
Where did they go?
OR: Robby steps into a new world, one he seeks to find redemption in. Queue badass Dennis and jaded Robby noises.

Summary
Sometimes, it’s easy to forget how time moves here. For them, being an innie means that they’re perpetually trapped on the severed floor. The only hint that they ever left or even exist outside of this floor is changes in their wardrobe, or if their outies decide the best thing to do before a shift is to get black out drunk. And why not? They’re not the ones who have to deal with the hangover and splitting headache for 8 hours.
But today started as a good day. Michael walked out of the elevator with a spring in his step, humming a little tune, something strangely familiar, but not one he could place. An inkling that his outtie was in a good mood, a rarity for Michael R.
