“Yet having to see you slide your sweaty hand up that dingy green railing remains the biggest tragedy of the three.” Eddie lies, throwing in a fake gag for good measure. He promised Maturin he would avoid any upsets. And letting himself dwell on what Richie has been through, no thanks to him, is means for an upset. “You might as well have wiped a toilet seat with your hand.”
“Well maybeee if we didn't have to climb a bajillion ramps and stairs, I wouldn't have had to hold onto anything for dear life,” Richie retorts, leaning in close to Eddie's space, “Not that I'm complaining of the view I had going up though.” He waggles his eyebrows and glances down at the tiny blue and white rimmed shorts Eddie's sporting."

Basically, Grace gets exposed to a dangerous amount of radiation during an EVA and doesn't want to tell Rocky bc of what happened to Rocky's crew <3
THIS IS A REWORKED VERSION OF "TEMPEST" - after some comments, I wanted to keep the soul of the story, but make it more scientifically plausible. While there are still probably some inaccuracies, I still hope this isn't as messy as before.
